28. Repeat Steps 8–20 from the Creating the Large Medallion section. Instead of twelve repeats of each step, there will be ten for the Medium Medallion. Use a 14mm rivoli instead of a 16mm one. Set aside for assembly later.

29. Repeat Steps 21–28 to create three more Medium Medallions for a total of four Medium Medallions. Set aside for assembly later.

Creating the Small Medallion

30. With a 24" (61 cm) length of thread, string 8H and join into a ring with a square knot, leaving an 8" (20.5 cm) tail (Fig. 18).
